She's led more than 75 workshops with her board game in Silicon Valley, including at Google, Microsoft, Intel, libraries, schools, teaching thousands of kids how to code, and has also started an initiative to teach coding to underrepresented girls. Last summer, she invented the world's first ever AI board game, CoderMindz. Her goal is to help one billion kids gain access to coding tools by the time she goes to college, and she’s very well on her way with her 1 Billion Kids Can Code initiative. Mukesh Chatter is a successful serial entrepreneur and currently co-manages an investment firm NeoNet Capital LLC. In 1997, he co-founded Nexabit Networks, a highly successful terabit switch/router company which was acquired by Lucent Technologies in 1999. He holds 19 patents. Mukesh was chosen as one of the top ten entrepreneurs in 1999 by the Red Herring magazine. He was also named Rensselaer Entrepreneur of the Year 2001. He has been widely covered by prestigious US and international media outlets over the years. Dr. Shamini Jain is a scientist, psychologist, and social entrepreneur. She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at UC San Diego, and the President and CEO of the Consciousness and Healing Initiative (CHI), a nonprofit collaborative accelerator that connects scientists, health practitioners, innovators, and social entrepreneurs to forward the science and practice of healing. CHI was formed through Dr. Jain’s deep desire to bring key stakeholders together to create a coherent and effective movement to move us beyond models of “disease thinking” and the “decade of the brain”, into the study of systems- informed healing processes, and personal and societal empowerment.

Shaleen Shah is the co-founder of Luvin Arms Animal Sanctuary, a small but growing farmed animal sanctuary in Erie, Colorado that is spreading the values of Ahimsa, Jiv Daya, and Karuna towards farmed animals in need. This unlikely sanctuary founder and dedicated Jain grew up in India before moving to the United States for High School and by the age of 16 had launched his first business, starting his lifelong career as an entrepreneur. Since its unexpected and abrupt founding in 2015, Shaleen and his wife and co-founder Shilpi have grown Luvin Arms substantially, already having saved over 700 animals and welcoming 5,000+ visitors every year. The Sanctuary is ideally located about thirty-minutes from the major cities of Denver, Boulder, and Fort Collins in one of the top ten ranching states in the country. Shaleen serves as the Executive Director and Board President of Luvin Arms while he balances his full-time job of CEO at his dental financing company, Ajeva. Rupesh Shah is President of MSI, a leading distributor of countertop, flooring, wall-tile and hardscaping products with approximately 2,000 employees and over thirty distribution centers in the United States & Canada. In his position, he is actively involved in developing and executing on the overall strategy of the company including sales and marketing, product sourcing, new branch expansion, logistics, legal, information technology and finance. Since joining MSI in 2003, MSI has organically grown from approximately $50 million to over $1.2 billion in annual revenues.

Prior to joining MSI, Mr. Shah worked several years as an Associate at Evercore Partners, an investment banking boutique advisory and investment firm. Mr. Shah graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School with Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. Mr. Shah is an active member of the Cal Coast Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization.

Kavita is a Relationship Coach. Over the last decade she's supported thousands in helping them uncover what's unconsciously keeping them from fulfilling, lasting, deeply connected relationships. Kavita teaches that our way of relating is profoundly impacted by our experiences with our parents or those that raised us in childhood.

Mohana Nagda currently works as a Business Development Engineer a for French-based Chemical Polymers company in Philadelphia. She graduated from Drexel University and has comprehensive experience in tissue engineering and biomaterials, completing three co-ops with Bether Israel and Johnson & Johnson. Outside of work, Mohana enjoys salsa dancing, painting, and traveling.
